The Sunday day program (10:00 -13:15) is included in this pass.

Includes the Friday Swing Dance Party (incl. Lindy Hop Taster), Saturday Swing Dance Party with live band (incl. Lindy Hop Taster) and Sunday Celebrations (from 14:30 to the very end).

One rule of improv theater is the permission to fail: Fail happily! It is possible to playfully circle around a topic or problem in order to develop new ideas. The fact that something doesn't work out the way you want it to is simply part of the improv game. In improv theater, failure is often the very moment that makes a scene funny.

Rhythm is what connects every group of musicians or dancers. You don't need contact, you don't need to know each other, it's just necessary to be in rhythm together to feel a connection. Inspired by the concept of groove in hip hop, we will move freely to different pieces of music.

This class will be about 'Fast Dancing’ which could be a bit more challenging, if you have only limited dancing experience.

In this crash course you can experience the collaborative magic of vocal improvisation, where we explore crafting melodies together over given harmonies, fostering spontaneity and musical expression as a collective effort. Join us as we create an environment where experimentation is encouraged, and each participant's unique voice contributes to the harmonious whole.
Basic shower-singing skills are sufficient to take part in this course ;)

Dance remains the art of communication, respect and peace. As it transcends the boundaries of language and age, it is a real political example. We want to utilise this potential together and connect with each other in a playful and peaceful way through various physical and spatial games.

Spot on! Most of us Slow Draggin’ Dancers are used to dancing somewhere in the room where no one looks. This class is about moving to Blues music in the spotlight. We’ll explore how to move authentically and create a good feeling for ourselves, our partners and the audience. Basic experience with connection in Blues partner dancing is beneficial.

Let's get those feet off the ground! Aerials, or “air steps” are signature moves of Lindy Hop. For this class, you need to bring sporty shoes as well as a partner. It might also be possible to find one during the first days of the festival.
Our Aerials class requires only limited prior knowledge. A few Lindy Hop basics and a basic level of fitness will be helpful!

Are you actors who suddenly find themselves in the middle of a Lindy Hop workshop: or dancers who have spontaneously signed up for a theater class? It doesn't matter! We throw both art forms into a pot and see what comes out of it.
